Zhou Fengsuo says in a Radio Free Asia interview on the joint letter signed by 42 human rights organizations calling for Secretary of State Antony Blinken to hold the CPC accountable: “The most prominent manifestation of the CPC’s human rights persecution is the comprehensive arrest and sentencing of dissidents to jail, and even those released from prison have been coerced and harassed in various ways, leaving them without any means of livelihood.”
